Attention valued customers, please read below for Sterling Pools & Spas official statement regarding the COVID-19 virus for the time being:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sterling Pools & Spas Ltd has been classified as an ” Essential Business ” by government order. The maintenance of properly sanitized swimming pools and other artificial bodies of water is necessary to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases and help maintain community health.
As of Jan 14, 2022 we’re OPEN to limited capacity in-store shopping. During Covid-19 we have remained open in both Peterborough & Cobourg to supply our chemicals and products to our valued customers. Our showrooms are back OPEN to limited capacity and we’re still offering a ” Drive Thru ” style operation to help you while all sides remain at a safe distance.
Please check back here frequently for any changes. From an operations perspective, we are limiting the number of staff in each store and will be taking product orders by phone, email or you can ring our doorbell located at our store front windows if you wish to shop using our curbside method. We’re happy to still be able to offer curbside shopping but our doors are back open and you can now enter our buildings once again. We look forward to serving you. We will be continuing to book service calls by appointment, and dispatching technicians to provide service as COVID-19 protocols permits.
