Create an Access

Determining access to the pool site is sometimes a concern, however we will use our experience to determine the best way to cause the least amount damage possible.

1
Initial Layout

Once size, shape and location is determined, the dig site is marked

2
Excavation Begins

Excavation of the site can now begin.

3
Panel Layout

The steel panels are now being assembled to create your desired pool shape

4
Box Frames

With the pool now taking shape it can properly braced with box frames.  These frames are placed no further than every 4’ apart and provide upgraded support to both the pool structure and the cement decking applied above.  Without this support the concrete around the top of the pool has a tendency to settle crack and break.

5
Footing

The box frames are now in place and there is a continuous unbroken footing poured around the entire pool.

6
Rough Bottom

Concrete is now roughly poured over a drainage base inside the pool, this is the first of 2 stages for a highly structural and smooth pool bottom.

7
Backfill

All clean sand fill brought in to fill the over dig and braces.

8
Pool Plumbing

Pool plumbing lines are all done with 75lb CSA approved poly pipe to reduce chances of collapsing lines and pinhole leaks.

9
Grout Bottom

Grout being added over top of rough bottom to finish off the pool floor with an extra smooth finish.

10
Wire Mesh & Concrete Decking

Continuous wire mesh is placed over clear stone before the concrete deck is poured.  The clear stone allows for maximum drainage while the wire mesh helps prevent cracking and heaving of the cement deck for years to come.

11
Pool Equipment

Pool equipment is finally in place and plumbed.

12
Liner Install

Finally, the liner is going in, the pool is being filled and it’s time to swim!
